How can I make a change to my order (still in production)?
If Your Order Is Still in Production (Has Not Shipped Yet):
You may still be able to make changes to your order if it hasn’t been packaged or shipped.
To request a change, please click the following link:
You can also use the order change link in your confirmation email to update details such as ring size or necklace length. Please have your order number and the email address used to place the order ready.
Important Notes:
- All changes are subject to the status of your item in the production process.
- If the change is possible, you’ll be shown an updated delivery date before confirming.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped:
No problem — you can still request adjustments after delivery.
For changes such as:
- Resizing
- Stone replacement
- Metal change
- Chain length update
- Other post-delivery modifications
