For orders still in production

If your order is still in production and has not yet been packaged or shipped then you can make a change to it. To request a change please click here: https://www.jewlr.com/order/change

You can also use your order change link found in your confirmation email to make changes to your order.

For orders that have shipped 

To request a resize, a stone change, a different metal, different chain length, or any other change to your order please fill out the repair form located at the link below.
