How do I return my order?


We offer a simple, hassle-free 99-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 99 days of the original shipping date for a full refund (excluding any applicable shipping or gift packaging charges).


Once we receive your return in our Canadian facility, all items will be inspected for signs of wear or damage. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. We cannot refund to another form of payment.


Return Guidelines:

  • All items purchased from Jewlr are eligible for return, including engraved pieces.
  • Returned items must be in new and unworn condition.
  • Any promotional gifts received must be included with your return.
  • Items that have been resized, updated, or repaired are not eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
