Where’s My Order?
If Your Order is Still in Production:
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your Jewlr account:
- Click the account icon (👤) located at the top right corner of any page on Jewlr.com.
- Alternatively, use the “Check Status” link provided in your order confirmation email for direct access to your order details.
If Your Order Has Shipped:
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link with real-time updates.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as tracking messages can sometimes be filtered there.
You can also track your package directly through the carrier’s website using your tracking number( see below).
If Your Order Has Shipped:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link with the most up-to-date information.
Tip: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as automated messages can occasionally be filtered there.
You can also track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website — just have your tracking number ready.
Important Note:
Our team has access to the same tracking information available through the carrier’s website — we don’t receive any internal updates beyond what’s publicly shown, as much as we’d like to.
If your order is running late, we kindly ask that you wait 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us, as most packages do arrive within that time frame.
